1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment from RentUtahGear.com. By making a reservation, you confirm that you are of legal age and authorized to enter into this agreement.

3. Rental Agreement

When you rent equipment from RentUtahGear.com, you enter into a binding rental agreement with the following conditions:

• Rental Period: The rental period begins at the time of pick-up or delivery and ends when the equipment is returned to RentUtahGear.com. Late returns may incur additional charges.
• Condition of Equipment: You are responsible for inspecting the equipment upon receipt and reporting any damage or issues immediately. By accepting the equipment, you agree that it is in good working condition.
• Responsibility for Damage or Loss: You are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rented equipment during the rental period. Additional fees may apply for repairs or replacement of the equipment.

4. Rental Payment

• Payment Method: You must provide valid payment information when making a reservation. Full payment is required before or at the time of pick-up or delivery of the rental equipment.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the rental period will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period are non-refundable. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the rental equipment in an illegal or unsafe manner
• Sub-rent or transfer the equipment to a third party
• Modify, alter, or tamper with the equipment
• Use the equipment in hazardous activities beyond its intended purpose

6. Liability and Indemnification

• Limitation of Liability: RentUtahGear.com is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of rented equipment. You assume full responsibility for the safe operation and use of the equipment.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold RentUtahGear.com harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the rented equipment.

7. Reservation Changes

If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on RentUtahGear.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of RentUtahGear.com and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Termination

RentUtahGear.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website or rental services at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions, illegal activities, or any other reason at our discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
